Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- Wrong Size Delivered: If the size delivered differs from what you ordered.
- Wrong Color Delivered: If the product's color is different from your order.
- Damaged Product: If the product has any tears or visible damage upon delivery.
To request an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video of the product as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue with the item.
Exchange Window
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of product delivery.
- Requests received after this window will not be entertained.
Steps to Initiate an Exchange

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- The unboxing video as proof.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions if eligible for an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- We reserve the right to reject exchange requests if the unboxing video is not provided or if the product does not meet our exchange criteria.

- The exchanged product will be shipped to you once the issue is verified and approved by our team.
