Once your Lifetime 30% is unlocked, it stays active on all future purchases — as long as your account remains eligible under the program guidelines.

How to access

What counts

Only successfully delivered orders count toward your tier. Cancelled orders, returns, and orders refunded as store credit do not count toward progression.

No sharing

Benefits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred or shared.

No expiry

Once unlocked, your discount tier remains active as long as your account is eligible.

Cancellation & Returns

Honest shopping, protected fairly.

We want every MARQ customer to shop with confidence. Our policies are designed to be fair — and they work alongside the 30% Club, not against it.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancelled orders do not count toward your tier progression.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible reasons (wrong size, wrong colour, or damaged product). An unboxing video is required as proof.
Refunds: All approved returns are refunded as MARQ Store Credit only. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are issued.
Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Use your store credit to place a new order.
Impact on Tier: A genuine return within policy does not affect your tier standing. Repeated or abusive return behaviour may result in a review of your program eligibility.

Store credit issued from a return is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future order — including orders that count toward your 30% Club progression.

Program Conditions

Designed for genuine customers only.

The 30% Club is built on trust. To maintain your progression and benefits, the following conditions apply:

Orders must be successfully delivered to count toward your tier
Refused, undelivered, or RTO orders do not count and may affect progression
Repeated failed deliveries may result in removal from the program
Cancelled orders (within or beyond the 24-hour window) are not counted
Orders returned and refunded as store credit are not counted toward tier progression
Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious orders will be disqualified
Excessive or misuse of the return policy may affect program eligibility
Benefits cannot be combined across multiple accounts
30% Club discounts cannot be combined with other active promotional offers unless explicitly stated

MARQ reserves the right to review, pause, or reset accounts that misuse the program. We will always communicate transparently if anything changes with your account.

Review Requirement

To continue progressing in the 30% Club, customers are encouraged to submit a review after receiving their order. Reviews help us improve, build trust, and help future customers shop with confidence.

Reviews can include:

Written feedback about fit, quality, and experience
Photos of your outfit or styling
Videos or reels
Social media posts tagging MARQ
Styling content or creative edits

Some rewards, features, or progression benefits may require review participation. Reviews are a way of giving back to the community that makes MARQ possible.
